If you do not wish to use insurance, or your insurance plan is not covered, I can offer a super bill that you can submit to your insurance to attempt to get some reimbursement of my fees. If you are paying out of pocket, the fee is due in full at the time of the appointment. I currently accept payments via the following methods: cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.
If you do not have insurance coverage and are unable to pay my full fee, please reach out to discuss sliding scale options. I understand that these rates are out of reach for some and want to support this community however I can.
